Strange permissions problem
We've got around 150 Students laptops in our school but from time to time we're presented with this issue and so far the only solution I've come up with is to re-image the affected laptop.
When a student logs on they are unable to view their H: drive (and as a result any of their documents). Each year group has it's own folder on the NAS drive (Year11 > 11%username, Year10 > 10%Username etc...).
If I log in as an administrator and browse to the parent folder for the user I'm presented with the above error EVEN THOUGH I'M LOGGED IN AS THE ADMINISTRATOR!. If I browse (as an administrator) to the other folders (Year10, Year09 etc...) they will open fine.
Does anyone else have this issue and is there a better solution than re-imaging? Therefore saving me time.
