Offline files freeze problem....

Hi,

We now starting to move away from roaming profiles, and introducing offline files for laptop users.

But I have a problem with one laptop which freezes whenever it tries to save while disconnected from the network (in Word, Excel etc.) The only way to get back is to switch it off.

Anyone know of any reasons why this might happen? Setup up offline files on another laptop no problem.

My personal experience of offline files forced me to turn it off for our laptop users. It made a few users very angry when they couldn't access their files!
