I know i am a bit behind but have found out that for some reason 2003 loses help and support during sp2 install has any one else had this problem i have found a fix and will try it later today.

I know i am a bit behind but have found out that for some reason 2003 loses help and support during sp2 install has any one else had this problem i have found a fix and will try it later today.
1. Open a command prompt.
2. Navigate to %windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries
3. Run "start /w helpsvc /svchost netsvcs /regserver /install"
4. Once this command completes the Help and Support service should now appear in services.msc
5. Start the Help and Support service
It's a known problem in earlier releases of Win2k3 SP2 (the version currently available for download is not affected).

thats the fix i got it was just in case anyone else was as slow as me at installing sp2. Its working nice now. Have been told it happens to all win 2003 but not 2003 r2. (hopefully installing that as soon as i can).
