infamous outlook calendar permissions
I've setup about 12 resource calendars in exchange 2007 and all have been setup as default i haven't made an extra changes to them.
When trying to "Open a shared Calendar" in outlook some of them allow me to open them and add appointments (which i dont want to do) and some ask me to "Ask permission" (which i do want it to do).
I've then logged onto that mailbox account and fired up outlook and changed the permissions on the calendar to Default "Reviewer" and HR to "Author". Although making this change people can still add diary events without permission.
can someone divert me in the right direction?
