Outlook 2003 with Mandatory Profiles

Im new to exchange and have just set up 2003 and as the clients am running outlook 2003....

Ive got it working well i think so, ive managed to get internal mail working and have got web access going on the server..... and i can get the clients to connect to the exchange box...... but only when the user is using roaming profiles....

As you can guess from the title, when i user with mandatory profile tries to access outlook the client gets and error and just wont load....

So is there a way to get outlook 2003 to work with mandatory profiles? or if someone can point me in the right direction.....

I don't know if there is an easy way, but I'm sure the Flex Profile Kit will enable it to work.

Ive just had a look at the Flex Profile Kit, and i might be being just stupid here, but what does it actually do??

Im a bit confused

Allows you to take bits from having roaming profiles and having mandatory ones and combine the 2 so you can have the best of both worlds.

Has anyone implemented the above, is it pretty straight forward to do, or needs time to play around with and tweak??

I think i am really looking for a quick fix, and well there clearly isnt one....
