opening TIF attachment problem in OWA
One of our users using Outlook Web Access (OWA) can't open TIF attachments while in the Web browser, but can save them on their system. Is there any way to allow these attachments to be opened?
Normally when we have had this problem before we just go to
Reassign the TIF file to the correct application or delete it and create a new one.
Have tried this method but doesnt work, any suggestions of what could be wrong? Its only affecting one machine. Have tried to reset the internet browser settings as well.
