In all the excitement over IE7 Microsoft snuck out a bit of less welcome news.
Oh come on MIcrosoft. 50+ updates since SP2 we need another service pack! :angry4:
I guess I have to learn how to slip stream updates into my RIS builds.

Thats annoying, thanks for that one MSFT! 50+ updates are gettin annoying, how about a rollup-update that shoves some together perhapse to help us out?
Indeed.
Not having a service pack til 2008 doesn't bother me too much. However an update rollup like they did with 2000 SP4 would be very welcome.
Yeah that would help.
Look's like now Vista is on the horizon, XP has been put in the AnnoyWare phase of the MS OS life cycle.
Using Ryan VMs integrator and his post SP2 update pack you can get everything into your source. Once RISed my machines only need about 7 updates at the moment.
