Dos does not have the net use command built in, infact it doesn't even have TCP/IP built in.
You won't get an ISO on here for two reasons, one despite does being ancient it's still copyrighted and two it was distributed on floppy disks and not CD.

Or if you want to run old games have a look at DOSBox, an x86 emulator with DOS
You should be able to use Universal Network Bootdisk, which has the Net Use command.

You can get MS-DOS 6.22 off Technet. I had an interesting morning once when I challenged myself to get a VM running DOS 6.22, Windows 3.11 and browsing the web.
And how are you getting on Ric I have challenged myself to start learning more on Linux total newbie installed Ubuntu 9.10 and Linux Mint
