Outlook Signatures - Server-based ones don't stay selected
In Outlook, under Tools - Options - Mail Format, a user has set their own signature files up and has selected them to be both for replies and new messages.
However each day that option resets itself back to 'none', and the user has to go in and manually change it.
It's applied to the correct account but I can't see why it keeps resetting itself, unless I'm missing a tickbox somewhere that stops signatures.
Any ideas please??

Silly question but it's not a mandatory profile is it?
Alternatively try creating another Outlook profile and see if the signature files take on that. Don't forget to set the new profile as the default.
