Mobile phones and active sync
We have numerous clients with SBS2003 and HTC TYN11 devices that we are
setting up for remote Activesync of their Exchange data.
We have some strange behaviour where some users can sync, and others can't,
even though they are members of mobile users group and even administrators.
Using our own server as an example, when using the same device, one users'
settings will work, and changing to another will not. We have compared the
AD user settings and they look identical as far as we can tell. If we copy a
user that works, the new user will sync fine. If we create a new user using
the mobile user template, it will not work.
