NOD32 server Update Error

I'm seeing an odd error when trying to update the server component of NOD32, i've attached a screen shot of the error. I've checked the environment variables and they're pointing to the correct locations i can see some temp files being created during the update so NOD is finding the correct location but it still fails. I've also cleared the temp folder just in case as there was a few old update files but still no joy.

NOD32 2.7 Server running on 2003 SP2 member server.

Anyone seen this error before?

Well i managed to get a chance to reboot the server so i installed 2.70.39 LAN Update server and the problem seems to of corrected itself.
