Outlook 2003 Issues
We have a user who whenever he logs into Outlook it asks for new account details (server and username) and then when he does fill in details it takes him to his account but then things like his inbox or outbox will show up as empty. Sometimes, after a while, they will appear again.
I am thinking of re-creating his profile in AD and giving him a new outlook profile also, just thought i would check if anyone had any ideas before i went ahead.
Happens here on odd occasions, I normally just delete the mailbox and recreate it using Active Directory snapin on the exchange server.
If the profile killing does not sort it it could be a problem with the central exchange database. You could try running an integrity check on it which is good practice anyway.

Make sure the profile isn't mandatory otherwise the account information will be lost!
