One of our public calendars from Exchange has 'disappeared', and no one has owned up to removing it.
It got me thinking - how can you locate the files on the Exchange Server for users calendars etc? On our old server there was a mapped 'M' drive, which was quite easy to naviagte through to find what you need, but we do not have this set up on our new 2003 server and I can't for the life of me remember how to do it.
Any help really appreciated.
Pretty sure you can't do this on Exchange 2003 - it was one of those "good ideas" which caused all sorts of disasters (because people did stuff to the folders which they weren't supposed to do and then Exchange would fall over in a heap)
You can use webdav to get something similar. If you think that someone has just dragged the folder somewhere else then you can used pfdavadmin to look at the folder tree - might be easier than going in through Outlook.
pfdavadmin is on the MS web site and is a tool which every exchange admin should have in their toolkit.
