I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Safari 3.1 got pushed out via the Apple Update software (comes with iTunes and Quicktime) as a critical security update earlier this week.

To make things more entertaining, it seems the EULA would prevent you from installing it on 'Apple labeled' hardware, which my and a lot of other peoples Windows PCs aren't.
