Users can't open attachments without saving first
Just a quick one that's got me a bit confused. Our staff use RM Easymail here, which is all browser based. Whenever they get an attachment, they have the choice of Open or Save. If they choose Open, the viewer app (be it word, adobe reader, or whatever) will open but can't find the file. Saving first works fine. RM have an article that says it's a problem with "locally stored temporary internet files" and we followed their instructions to clear them out but nothing changed. Any ideas?
