Access denied with Backup Exec?
I have a frustrating problem that I am hoping someone on thei forum can help with.
We run BE ver 9.0 rev 4367
BE is running on admin2 (sims) and backups admin1 as well.
The actual backups are running fine. I usually use admin1 to access and check the backups every day (admin2 is usually logged out and monitor etc turned off). This has worked fine for a long time, but last week a BE service stopped unexpectedly. I restarted it and away we went. Now however I cannot login to BE from admin1. It comes up with 'access denied' This is with the admin account.
Has anyone any ideas?
I have re-installed BE, checked permissions etc, but cant see why the problem.
