It's not very expensive to buy see:
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/adobe/raphael/ or
http://www.fonts.com/FindFonts/detail.htm?pid=205063
It seems to be an adobe font so maybe try installing some of their free trials / free editions of their software to see if that installs it...?
Allegedly you can download it here: http://www.getfreefonts.info/free_font.raphael.html but the sample dosn't look right so your milage may vary.

If that's not quite right, i'll look when i get home - i have an absolute arseload of fonts from over the years.
Unhelpfully there do seem to be 2 distinct fonts and it depends which one your after.
There is a very formal serif : http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/adobe/raphael/
and a very informal sans-serif: http://www.filecart.com/fonts/font-8985-Raphael.html
