Strange to me

This has just started to happen, when a new user logs on then off for the first time it's creating a NTUSER.DAT file and a NTUSER.MAN file. This is causing problems as our staff have roaming profiles. I can delete the .MAN file and it does'nt come back but somthing ai'nt right. Have any of you come across this before?

Have you taken a look at the default profile?

Spot on the default profile on the station used was a manditory profile changed it and all seems to be ok.
