Outlook

Hi guys,

I've setup my EMBC email account on Outlook 2007 but everytime I download my emails to Outlook it deletes them out of my webmail. Very annoying when I need the information from them at work and at home.

Sorry if i'm missing something obvious here, but I really don't wanna cause myself more bother, post Ofsted blues :(

Have you set the account to save to a personal folder rather than the username mailbox?

nope, it's basically just standard Outlook settings, I haven't personalised it at all.

Just thought about it, IMAP and POP3 available, think i'm using POP3 :(

Ok, forgot to tick the "Leave a copy of mail on server" :(

Sorry, presumed you were using Exchange. Glad you have sorted it.

Primary school, we let our isp manage all that :)

Because mail servers do not have infinate storage and users get upset when we bulk delete mailbox contents!
