Office 2007, problems with saving/printing

Hello all,

We rolled out office 2007 over the summer to all our machines, students and staff. All's been well so far until recently when we've had sparadic problems with students saving or printing work. It doesn't happen to all students, ony a few randomly, and not always the same ones and not always the same machines.

When it does happen the student can't get the save dialogue up or print their work, it just does nothing when you try. The program still works, you can carry on editing the document, copy and paste etc. but clicking save or print does absolutely nothing.

You can still save or print from other programs e.g wordpad, but not any office application. It's almost like it's waiting for something to happen, but I don't know what. The most annoying thing about this problem is its randomness.

Was just wondering if anyone else on here has experienced any simelar problems??

Are you using the ADM for 2007? Do you also have in place the ADM for 2003/xp?

We havn't actually got any of the ADM templates for office in place, all my office settings are controlled by the students mandatory profile.

It was this at fault this time as well, I've fixed the problem now!

I'd inadvertantly deleted some vital settings from the policy while trying to fix my dreamweaver problem last week! Now both problems are fixed, and all is OK.
