Do you not get some sort of neck injury constantly checking your tickets? Be better off with a dual screen on your desk - keep your tickets open on one and the rest on the other.
Back on thread - we've been using Spiceworks for the past 2 years. Better looking ticket interface and doesn't give you a migraine...(pink & blue??? looks like my 1983 BBC Micro final year project... :dizzy: )
Before I say anything, can I ask, how many people (ballpark) are you planning on using this for (Staff and End Users)?
