Got a few Windows 7 machines where ordinary users are unable to print multiple copies of a document. If, however, I login as an admin user then there are no problems.
Any ideas what is causing this? I'm about ready to launch said Samsung printers!

Usually drivers. Had a HP one a while back do it.
Tried drivers. They say they're Windows 7 but I am doubting that. Trouble is I don't know where to go next!
Samsung CLP-620. Tried both types, universal and device specific, and both have same issue.
Have a look in the driver options and see if it has a "mopier" (no, that's not a typo) option enabled. I've had this happen a number of times, mostly with HP printers - it's intended for printers that have hard disks installed - and turning off mopier mode has always fixed it. Admittedly it was doing it to all users, not just non-admins, but that'd be where I'd start looking.
Samsung struggle to write decent software/drivers. There is another thread on here, same issue different model. We also have similar printing issues with our Samsung printers.
They don't work. Period. Launch them.
We've got 12 of them on a contract and the drivers don't work with office properly. Samsung are officially denying there is a problem and are blaming our network.
