    office 2010 integrated service pack

is there any other way to deploy it with a service pack built in other than shoving the sp files in the updates directory as when you do it that way it seems to take longer deploying updates than it takes to install it in the 1st place?

can you not just use the office 2010 w/sp1 installer ? or even just roll out the update to your machines using WSUS ?

Yea, thanks to their new installer you'll need to get a slipstreamed copy from MS volume liscencing, there is one avalible on MVLS. We push it as part of the image so it has not been a big concern for us.

I agree, as above deploy it as part of an image.

I suppose one advantage of the Updates folder, is that you can easily add or remove updates without running any commands. Hopefully after Office 2010 SP1, Microsoft will only release one more SP for it.
