Group policy restrict taskbar changes
Is there a group policy option to lockout the user from clicking Properties on the taskbar? I thought I have seen this option before, but cannot find it anywhere.
I do use the GPMC and have locked out the control panel, but users can still modify the properties.
Thanks.

\User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu & Taskbar
Disable context menus for the taskbar
This should do the trick, might take away too much though but will do the trick.
