    Absolutely. IT Support is not a sub-set of the ICT Department, and IT techs should not be considered in the same way as Science lab techs. This is why, where possible, IT Support should answer to the Bursar/Business Mgr/etc. not the ICT teacher.

    Held a door closed during a howling gale. Due to fire regs it couldn't be locked or wedged ... so a human door stop was required ... and before anyone says it, this was before I had piled on a few pounds!
