Anyway to create a new database for SIMS?
I'd like to set up a test server for SIMS. Is there anyway to this manually?? Do I need another software to create a database or can I just do it with sql server? and how would I go about adding users? I'm kinda in a pickle right now and i don't have SIMSinst.exe to help me.

Slightly random but related question to anyone out there, does the SIMS licensing allow multiple installs? (Production/Testing)

The sims installation is in the sims\setups folder you can have more than one installation of sims on a network but just don't change the connect.ini file
