With RM do u have less management?

No, you don't. It's just that the management is done slightly differently and possibly in a more user friendly way.With RM do u have less management?
That depends on who you buy your hardware from. If we have any hardware problems with our servers, we contact Dell or PDQ (depending on how old the server is) and we get someone in to fix it within four working hours. With our RM workstations, we usually get someone in the next day. Same with Stone. I don't know what support RM offers for their servers but I should think they offer similar options to Dell and the rest of them.What happens is any hardware problems etc etc...
