Excel problem
Hi Everyone!
My excel 2010 has been giving me the most annoying problem for the past few hours, and I have no idea how to get by it! I tried everything I could think of, so here I am....
I am trying to copy a bunch of formulas from one sheet to another, but when I do the "Paste", I only get "paste as text" as an option. Thus, I can only copy the values. Anyone know what the problem is??
Thanks in advance!!!

I have the same problem but it used to work on a previous version of the file ( when updated, I always do a 'save as'). The other issue is that the 'copy special' has only text options all the other normal options (formula, value, formating, etc.) are not there!

I found that if I open Excel 2007 first and then open an existing file from inside excel the problem goes away. Simply clicking on the .xls file to open it, keeps the problem present. I think this may be rooted in the the Original version of Excel the the file was created in or the file may have been saved as an older version of Excel. Would love to hear your feed back on whether this works for you.
