Default Windows Server 2003 File Server Resource Manager

I've just applied my Quotas to folders using the R2 File Server Resource Management.

Can I now remove the quota enforcement that's done when you right-click a drive?

Yes you can. You don't need the quota enforcement on a drive for the FSRM to work.
