Is this possible at all?
I'm having issues installing a piece of software on a CC3 workstation and the tech support for the software in question says it needs to be installed as a local admin!
A second issue is I need to access the services MMC from a workstation but it's been disabled! What's the best way to let me access this? I'm logged on as systemadmin and it still doesn't let me

27th January 2012, 09:43 AM #2 On our CC3 network, there is a package which re-installs the normal Windows GINA. That's the only way you'll be able to log on locally. It won't (or shouldn't) stop you from using the Run As command though.
As for the second issue, it must be a group policy which is preventing you from accessing the MMC. You'll probably have trawl through your GPOs and see if you can find the setting.
