Hi guys
I have just stated working at a Primary running RM.
They have a diary and noticeboard running on a old linux box. Not knowing how to use linux i would like to run a windows version.
What would you guys suggest i look into.
Kind Regards
cooper
The diary and notice board are seperate programmes running in internet explorer, that can be updated on all networked computers.

Wouldn't replacing this involve re-training everyone who uses it? Rather than you learning how to use the existing system?

Why not use the completely free 'Sharepoint software' from Microsoft?
You can have as many calendars as you want (we use them for booking forms - sports hall, gym etc etc) and you can add links, polls, surveys, notices etc etc
