Server restarts

Another dilemna.

We seem to have to restart our servers every week or so otherwise Users' shares are lost and users cannot connect to their my docs.

We recently moved to a Vanilla network whereas before we were CC3. Does any one have any ideas why this could be happening?

It's really frustrating and we don't want to get to a stage where we are restarting servers on a scheduled basis.

What steps have you taken up to now? Have you looked through the event viewer?
