Hello
A recent problem has occured where on some computers it takes roughly 30 seconds for the Start Menu to display the list of programs in All Programs.
I have read somewhere that this can br caused by shortcuts which are no longer active?
Could this really be the problem or are there any other suggestions?
Thankyou in advance

If they're pointing to a network share, then yes it'll be this.
