i`m installing Boardworks-Geography on our RM CC4 network and package has gone well it installs and uninstalls with no issues, however I cant get it to display the shortcut in the startmenu, I was told at first it was bacause the default shortcut was a strange shortcut and to create a new standard shortcut, which iv done and it still doesnt work.

I have added the path into the software restrictions, but iv also noticed if I leave the folder empty with no shortcuts it still wont display it (I expected it to showthe folder with nothing in it, maybe wrong there tho)

can anyone give me some pointers as to where to look?
