I have just found a GUI for it, i guess you all knew that but if not its the second one down in the list HERE

I downloaded that last year and it works pretty well. Robocopy is a very cool tool! Thanks for the link.

if your keeping the same folder structure i find using NTbackup to backup and then Restore the easiest way to move home folders and keeping security info, especially if you as administrator don't have access to certian folders.
