    Copy folder structure (xcopy)

I'm trying to copy a folder structure(no files) of a share off of an old server using xcopy and the /t /e switches, but it keeps saying insufficient memory. Possibly because its also copying subfolders which I'm not too fussed about.

Is there another method I can use to get around this, or a way of just excluding subfolders?
