We use to have the same problem with Netsupport. After viewing the client screen DirectX was disabled.
If it happens again check this setting in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Graphics\DCI
Make sure Timeout is set to 7.
Netsupport was setting that value to 0, which was disabling DirectX.
If it is 0, change it to 7, then restart the PC, should fix the problem.
Strange, worked on some but not on other's.

please be advised that your solution did release me from a long search !!!
Thank you very much for your proper support. A lot of people seem to have this problem,
and wether Microsoft nor the graphic-vendors seem to know about it.
