Just curious if there is a shortcut key combination that would allow me to hide or show paragraph markings etc when outlook 2003 is used with word 2003 as the outlook 2003 email editor.
I know you can use the hide / show paragraph markings toolbar icon to click it to hide or show the markings but wanted to know if there was a key combination equivilent.
thanks

I'm not sure but you can assign key combinations to icons with customisation.

I think the default key combination is ctrl + * to toggle show all.
