Adobe reader 10

Does any one have insight into why the mst file I am trying to use is making now difference to an adobe reader install. I am running msiexec from the command line and applying the transform and nothing is happening to the install. I have crated the transform using the adobe tool but it just does not seem to work.

What OS and how are you deploying it?

I am mainly using vista and I will be using a gpo to deploy it but I was trying to test it.
