Printer Spool Service is not running

    Hello,

We are running Windows XP and one of our computers will not print at all. I have tried stoping and starting the Spool service and have gone into services and made sure it is auto etc. It still is however, not working. Any ideas what is causing this?

I maybe wrong but try stoping it on the print server... not just the local machine... let me know how you get on

Take a look at bi directional printing and ensure that it is off on both spoolers
