Backup - Advice
With regards to backing up Exchange 2007 using Backup Exec, what would be the recommended Information Store backup method for the daily differential job? The information I have suggests Differential - Logs but I think a full backup each day would probably be better in terms of recovery? Should that ever arise.
Similar question for SQL - am I right in saying a full backup each day is the best route to go down?
Any feedback appreciated.

You are probably right in what you are saying to be honest and to go with the FULL Backup. Differential and incremental backups can both require multiple backup sets to perform a full restore. If any of those backup sets are missing or not restorable, recovery will be to the point prior to the non-recoverable backup set. As their category type suggests, differential and incremental backups save only the changes. Because only the changes are saved, the size of backup files is smaller than a complete backup and backup takes less time. At least with a FULL Backup, It will have everything and you don't have to rely on having FULL Backup sets but IT will probably take longer to backup. Plus it will clear down the logs etc. also.
