    Yes its actually on 443 as thats the port in the config files and the address is:

    As i havent specified the port in the address, then it should go to port 443.

    It does ask for the certificate if i havent installed it and ive tested it in Firefox, which does show the lock icon.

    Ok i think i might know what going on, it so happens that the site im testing has parts of the page coming from an external source eg banners that actually come from an external site. I think whats happening is that im getting to the site through 443 then when i get to the page, it goes of to a site that is on port 80 so IE shows no Lock Icon.
