Helpdesk Solutions? Advice Wanted
Ive recently gained a job in a school as a Jnr IT tech, the problem being they dont have an it room or anywere to use as a sort of base or hub.
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a product that will allow teachers to IM / Ticket / Contact me during the week with problems around the school.
At the moment there spending there own time and that of the students trying to chase me around a rather large school and this is an idea i would like to try out. Im only 21 and this is my first time working in a IT enviroment of this size and with no real support as the tech they have no only pops in one afternoon a week so this could help me considerably to manage issues throughout the school.

I would recommend spiceworks, I have tested a few and I think it is by far the best.
To save duplicates and going over the same issue again please have a look at the thread posted and there are several others on edugeek.
