Blocking more than one spam email at once in Outlook Express

I have quite a lot of spam email come to one of my email accounts in Outlook Express. I know i can add them to the BLock Senders list but i only seem to be able to block these one at a time. Some days i can have up to 20 spam emails and i wondered if there is a way to add these to the Block Senders list all at once.

I have Googled and can't seem to find any info about this?

Does any one have any ideas/suggestions?

Get spambayes and after a little training it gets virtually all spam.

Get a proper Email Program with a learning Anti-Spam agent. Mozilla Thunderbird is free.
