    Question Missing : sdig1npi.dll

Today, whenever I log into a computer, I'm getting an error saying sdig1npi.dll is missing.

I have no idea what this is for and the error has never come up before.

There has been no software or hardware changes whatsoever so it can't be from a bad install.

I searched on google for it, but there's literally nothing about it.

Fire up Autoruns and see if anything catches your eye? That and run a full virus scan. Randomly named .dlls are a red flag in my book.

Randomly named DLLs I can find worry me more than the ones that are missing.

I have a feeling I'm going to have to run the AV scan from the server, considering that I get it at login from every computer on the network.

npi.dll comes up as a virus or malware - I think you might have an infection

    Balls.

This is what happens when you let the school use Sophos.

I would have used Avast!. I know it works... and it sounds like pirates. XD
