sophos update manager

I'm trying to install Sophos Update Manager but am getting the following error: "Error 25079. The uer account Curriculum\SophosUpdateMgr may be invalid. LookupAccountName returned error 1332 while using the user credentials supplied." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the user already exist in AD? You can get this error when reinstalling - it's safe to ignore as it tries to create the user but it's already there.

Hi, no, the user does not already exist. Unfortunately, I can't simply ignore the error as after the installer reports the error it aborts the installation. But, thank you for the feedback.

Not too sure how or why but the error has miraculously cleared itself and the install has completed as it should.
