how to edit msi file for windows 7
i need to edit the citrix DesktopApplianceLock.msi as it is restricted to install only on XP and XP EMB only.
i found this but not sure were the setting is and what to change it too
can anyone shed any light on this ??
you can install it in win7, by modifying the MSI Launch condition using Free MSI Editor: InstEd | Aaron Parker

Check the 'LaunchCondition' Table, you prob got a value VersionNT = 501. Win7 is version 601
Changing it doesn't mean the app will run successfully on Win7 tho
