I just noticed that as I was creating a new RIPrep, I spent ages looking through the updates trying to find if they've hidden it in another package, but it appears to have gone.
Either there is a big bug with it and they are doing a bit of damage limitation or there were enough complaints from people about it
Glad I'm not the only one. Just built up a new server this morning and noticed this whilst updating. Nothing on the microsoft site about it though.
People on NeoWin are talking about it. Apparently it's to do with moving XP IE7 to Optional from Critical. It is there for people in the US, I guess that they screwed up the movement of the International one.
Server 2003 will still have it as a critical update due to new hardening rules.
You can always download and install it manually.

Sure, it was just a WTF moment when it disappeared.
