I'm in the process of a limited rollout upgrade of Office 2002 to 2003 in our staff work room (for SIMS). Since this upgrade, staff have reported problems where they cannot view the GAL in Outlook on workstations with 2002 installed. I've managed to recreate the issue (once, so far).

It seems that when they launch Outlook 03, it modifies their profile and therefore causes this problem. Resetting the profile to default seems to resolve the issue (for now). I need to address the root cause though.

Has anyone seen this before? I'm not sure, but could it be related to OAB in 2003?
