When i am having a conversation in Windows Live Messenger i get delay from when i finish typing to hitting send. Its weird, when i type it is in real time but after hitting send/enter there is around a 3 second delay on the text appearing in the conversation box. The delay seems to be only at my end as well because the conversations i have the people reply sometimes before it appears in the screen.

Any ideas?
